The Follicle Health Program 280, 12 Months pairs the Grow 280 laser cap with a full 12-month Hair Retention Clinic treatment course. It combines LLLT and PBM-based laser therapy with the Hair Retention Clinic's follicle support formulations, for stabilisation, stimulation, and hair regrowth.

This 12-month option includes the full course up front, giving you two consecutive supplies of the topical formula and supplement as each 6-month batch nears its expiry, rather than reordering month to month.

280 medical grade laser diodes deliver coherent 650nm light straight to the follicle. Unlike LEDs, laser diodes produce focused light that penetrates rather than scatters.
Minoxidil widens blood vessels and helps move hair into its active growing phase. Retinol helps the minoxidil absorb more effectively, and caffeine further supports circulation, so the three ingredients work together rather than on their own.
Saw palmetto helps block the hormone DHT, which is linked to pattern hair loss, and helps calm scalp inflammation. Biotin, silica, and zinc support the hair's structure and the scalp's ability to repair and grow new hair.
